At Ideahaus, every account starts with the development of a communications plan: a document that accounts for the full scope of communication tools and resources. Our plan accounts for what our clients have, and what Ideahaus needs to develop. The plan shows when each resource goes into play and for how long, and provides an understanding of how we can leverage that asset across the board to create the greatest return on investment.

Once the communications plan is approved, Ideahaus develops the creative assets required for implementation: Branding, Marketing Collateral, Advertising, Internet, Social Media, Public Relations, Multimedia, and Events. Our creative team, led by founder Kevin Popović, had been recognized nationally, and was recently voted as the “Best Boutique Agency” providing the “Best Creative Department,” and “Best Interactive Department” by our colleagues during the Media Association of Pittsburgh All-Star Awards.

Account Management monitors the activity on every project and manages budgets and schedules according to the communications plan. Monthly intelligence is applied to planning the following month, providing insights that improve forecasting. Our online project management system helps ensure tasks, schedules and an open dialogue are on target and available to everyone on the team.
