His forthcoming book, “Social Media and the Return of the Customer Relationship” is due later this year.

Tom Stacey, Founder, TheWordsmith

Raelin Musuraca, Customer Experience (CX) Consultant, Marketing, Digital Strategy, & User Experience Design
Raelin Musuraca is versatile and energetic customer experience strategist with twenty years practicing marketing, digital strategy, and user experience. Molded by cross-discipline studies at Carnegie Mellon University, Raelin’s experiences range from successful growth of an Internet advertising start-up to leading dynamic change at a 30-year-old private corporation. She has led multidisciplinary teams in the development of award-winning marketing programs and digital initiatives. Raelin is currently an independent, customer experience consultant based in Pittsburgh and serving clients nationwide.
He is the founder and CEO of Gravitational Media, a new media agency that has helped many Fortune 100 clients as well as hundreds of small businesses. Rodney has over 21 years experience in the technology industry. He has held senior level management positions in Fortune 100 companies and start-ups in the areas of engineering, marketing, project management and business development. He also sits on the board of several technology companies.
Mike Bosworth is the author of Solution Selling, Creating Buyers in Difficult Selling Markets, and co-author of Customer Centric Selling, The Message Driven Sales Process (McGraw-Hill, December 2003). He has been a featured lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and The Stanford Program on Market Strategy for Technology-Based Companies. He is working on his newest book for fall 2011 called StorySelling: The Science of Winning Sales Through Emotional Connection. Bosworth is also a limited partner in a San Diego based venture capital firm and is an advisory board member for a number of information technology ventures.
Mike Bosworth began his career in the information technology industry in 1972 as an application support person for Xerox Computer Services. He was their top new business salesperson in 1975, managed the “Branch of the Year” in 1979 and was promoted to national manager of field sales in 1980. From 1976 through 1982 he designed and delivered sales training programs for XCS. His years of field experience plus the knowledge he gained from working with Neil Rackham on the Xerox SPIN selling pilot project inspired him to found Solution Selling in 1983.
Bosworth has a degree in Business Management and Marketing from California State Polytechnic University. In addition to his keynote speaking for professional associations and major corporations, he has been a featured lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, The Stanford Program on Market Strategy for Technology-Based Companies, The American Marketing Association Customer Message Management Forums, The Anderson School Of Management At UCLA, the Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine, The University of Connecticut and Rollins College to name a few. He is certified (CMC) by the Institute of Management Consultants.
Mike Lee, Founder & Executive Producer, Studious One Integrated Video Communications
Mike’s broad span of experience in television, film, and video provide a unique understanding of visual communications and its production and execution. As founder of Studious One, Mike has helped companies and organizations, from Fortune 500 to local NPO’s, leverage the power of video to tell their stories.
From producing nationally broadcast documentaries to hosting children’s educational TV programs and appearing in major motion pictures, Mike’s skills in the industry start at idea conception to final edit and delivery. He carries a unique blend of behind- and in-front-of-camera experiences and skills, with numerous industry awards and an Emmy Award nomination.
A former sports and entertainment executive with the Pittsburgh Penguins and management consultant with Ernst & Young, he is also uniquely equipped to understand the business challenges and opportunities that companies and organizations face. He holds a BA from Dartmouth College, an MS from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and an MBA from Yale School of Management.
Drew Soske, M.A., e-Commerce Consultant
Drew Soske has been managing and developing websites for the past 11 years. With a keen eye for efficiency, Drew has become an e-commerce expert, helping companies increase their visibility and create logical shopping experience that gets results. He is now turning his sights on Social Commerce and the next evolution of e-commerce as it relates to how and where we shop online. He works with businesses of all sizes and is known for his patience and forethought in getting a project done right.
Drew holds a M.A. in Multimedia Technology from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. He lives in Portland, Oregon and is also a television producer for the show, Reveal What’s Real.
